Initiate Request
Log into your RedTape account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Receive Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
